It is with a heavy heart that we bid cheerio to Fiona Finlayson who retired from the Society on the 2nd April.
Fiona was the Manager of the Society since 2016 but actually first started working at the Society 17 years ago! Fiona will sorely missed by both staff and Members alike but she has assured us that she will be willing to come back and call the bingo or entertain us whenever we wish, so she certainly won’t be a stranger!
Fiona will be going on a cruise to Russia in May so we can expect lots of postcards and updates of her adventures.
A party was held at the Society on the 22nd March and the turnout was fabulous with many Members, colleagues and friends coming to congratulate Fiona on her retirement.
We would all like to wish Fee a very happy, long and fun filled retirement!!
